Rémy Martin XO is a blend of several different types of cognacs, each of which has been aged for a minimum of ten years. The result is a complex and refined Cognac. Remy Martin XO is a blend of 85% Grande Champagne and 15% Petite Champagne. Rémy Martin XO is made with a blend of Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes. The cognac is then aged in oak barrels for at least ten years. This ageing process allows the flavours of the different grape varieties to meld together and develop complex notes of vanilla, caramel, and spice. Rémy Martin XO is a full-bodied cognac with a rich, round flavour that is perfect for sipping slowly.
